Overview:
C4Yourself is a component to the C-IV System that allows customers to apply for Food Stamps, Medi-Cal, CalWORKS, and CMSP via the internet. It is a secure self-service, public facing, web-based portal, that streamlines the way data is collected by using a conversational interview approach. Customers enter information to apply for Food Stamps, Medi-Cal, CalWORKS, and CMSP online and the data transfers to the C-IV System automatically. Customers also have the ability to complete and submit their annual redeterminations/recertification's, access their quarterly/mid-year status reports and have the ability to view the status of their case/benefits.
C4Yourself is not just an automation enhancement to the C-IV System; it provides a path to enhanced strategic partnerships with local Community Organizations serving at-risk families.
Counties currently accepting applications through C4Yourself are : Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Merced , Mono, Monterey , Riverside , San Bernardino , San Benito , and Stanislaus. |
