When
a user manually creates a Notice of Action (NOA),
will the system give the user a list of NOAs to choose from? If
yes, how will users recognize which NOA they need? Will this list
include reasons associated with the NOAs? A very limited number
of NOAs will NOT execute automatically. These will be available
on the Documents Template list. The user can pick the particular
one, fill it in, and save, print, etc. They will recognize the NOA
they need by the form's name, and the names will dictate the reason,
as well. Be advised this is a very limited number that are available
as forms. Most (95%) of NOAs will execute automatically.

Will
the Child Care Referral form be stored in the
distributed documents section of the C-IV system? The Employment
Services or Eligibility Worker will create the referral for
Child Care, using the referral pages in the C-IV System. The
worker must then save the referral form to be stored in the
distributed documents section of the C-IV system.
Is
C-IV going to give us the ability to select
a Notice of Action (NOA)? C-IV will store NOAs for all policies
related to the programs the system will support. C-IV will submit
many NOAs automatically while others it will wait for the user
to initiate the submission. When a new policy is created by
the state or the county, the user may use the NOA template form
until the policy changes are translated to the C-IV system.
