Will C-IV count/monitor the amount of months remaining on a customer's 18/24 Welfare to Work time clock? C-IV will automatically begin the WtW time clock based on the signed/refused to sign date for the Welfare to Work Plan. From there, C-IV will track the number of months left on the program.

Does the entry of employment information alert a case worker that there is a change in the case they need to know about? If certain data -- income, employment, household composition -- is updated in a case by one worker, a task will automatically be created for the other workers informing them that a change has been made and that they should re-calculate eligibility. The due date for the task will be two days prior to cut off.

Will the C-IV System indicate who created a Job Order? Yes, every detail page will include a footer that indicates who created the information on that page and the date and time on which it was done. The Job Order Detail page will include the footer, so that the user can identify who created or updated the job order. Additionally, ad hoc reporting will be available so that a user can run a report that identifies who created or updated information and when it was done.

Does adding a person to an Activity in the C-IV System automatically add the Activity to the Customer Schedule? When entering the specific information about the activity, Users may indicate that the Activity should appear as an appointment in the Customer Schedule. If the User indicates this, the Activity will automatically be added to the Customer Schedule.
