The Conversion Analyst is assigned to the Conversion Team. The Conversion Team will analyze source files, determine data requirements, extract appropriate data, and identify and correct data exceptions in preparation for populating the C-IV System with correct historical and current data from the existing ISAWS source systems. This assignment can be located at the C-IV Project or county-based. |

As part of the Consortium’s Implementation team, this assignment is a key position which will assist both the Counties and the Implementation Coordinators with providing support for Implementation activities. The Lead will support the efforts of the Implementation Vendor and provide guidance to the Implementation Coordinators, resolving issues as needed. This assignment is located at the C-IV Project in Rancho Cordova with travel to the migration counties as needed. |

Change Management Coordinators will provide leadership to their assigned counties to translate the implications of the C-IV business model in terms of its focus, operational goals, changing worker roles and responsibilities, training needs, and local office processes and procedures. This is a county-based assignment, though travel to the C-IV Migration Project in Rancho Cordova and/or to the migration counties will be required. |

Training Coordinators play an important role in managing the training schedule for their assigned counties. Tasks include learning the training scheduling tool, working with the counties to identify who and when staff will be attending training and making changes to the schedule to ensure that staff will complete all necessary courses prior to implementation. This is a county based assignment, though travel to the C-IV Project and other counties will be required. |

Trainers will work with the vendor to provide the hands-on C-IV System training prior to implementation. Tasks will include learning the C-IV System and training materials and working as part of a team to carry out training. There will be multiple training sites for each wave and a Trainer will need to change sites if needed. This assignment is different from all other assignments due to its potential for 100% short term travel. Trainers will follow their county's short-term travel policy for this assignment. |

The Business Analyst
will:
• Support the programmatic needs of the Consortium by working with the Application
Development Team and Analysts in the design and implementation of C-IV application
changes.
• Work closely with C-IV Counties, Business Analysts and the Contractor in the maintenance
and operation of the C-IV system.
• Perform the necessary research, analysis and testing to ensure the system meets
requirements and functions as intended. |
