Migration

Overview
There are two components to the Migration Project, Development and Implementation. The Development Project commenced on August 27, 2007. The Implementation Project is currently in the procurement phase.

Development
The development project commenced in August 2007 and runs through April 2010. The key components of the Development Project are:

Central Site Preparation and Hardware and Software Installation
Telecommunications Design and Installation
Application Design, Development and Testing
Conversion Planning, Development, Testing and Execution
Training Development and environment support
Operations
