Vendors may only contact the C-IV Procurement Project Manager for any matters related to the C-IV Procurement Project. Vendors are specifically directed not to contact the Consortium Counties , other California Counties , the State, or Consortium Project Team members for meetings, technical information, or other matters related to this RFP. Failure to adhere to this policy shall result in elimination of the Vendor's proposal from consideration.
