The overall objective of the C-IV Procurement Project is to provide a fair, accurate, and effective process by which a Planning Consultant will be awarded an Agreement with the Statewide Atuomated Welfare System (SAWS) Consortium IV (C-IV) Joint Powers Authority (JPA) to provide the Consortium with Procurement Planning Services. These services are needed to support the Consortium in development of a large-scale competive Procurement process for Maintenance and Operations (M&O) goods and services for the C-IV System.

A procurement library has been established for use by the Vendor community in developing their proposals in response to Request for Propsal #2009-01, Planning Consultant Services.

Due to the delay in the SFY 2008/2009 Budget, the Consortium closed Procurement 2009-01 in July 2009 without selecting a Planning Consultant. The Consortium will continue with the Procurement of M&O goods and services utilizing existing Consortium Resources.
