Will
the system still generate a report that tells the end-user
how many income reports are going to a specific zip code and how
many had insufficient address information? No.
However, this information will be available and accessible through
ad-hoc reporting.

Will

The case number, case name, report month and year will be included

How
will we enter information into income reports?
Will we scan a bar code like we do now? QR7 Reports will be
bar coded and scanned when received. When a QR7 Income Report
is received by the agency, the bar code will be scanned and the
C-IV system will log the receipt of that report.

Will
C-IV be able to accept input from prior years
reports at any time? For example, in 2008 will SAWS be able to
accept info from 2004? C-IV will accept data for any valid
benefit month within a case. If in 2008 we need to update information
from 2004, the user will be able to update the appropriate information.
The user would then need to re-run eligibility for the system
to correctly assess the new information, using the rules and regulations
active in 2004.
